Welcome to Bhagya Lakshmi ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Participant", or "you") and the Platform regarding your purchase of exclusive merchandise (Premium White T-Shirt / Signature Black T-Shirt) and voluntary participation in our complimentary promotional milestone-based Mega Giveaway hosted on our web application.

By creating an account, ordering merchandise, completing payment, or participating in the Refer & Earn affiliate promoter program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.

To participate in any draw or claim any award on the Platform, you must strictly satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of participation. Minors are strictly prohibited from entering any draw.
• Indian Citizenship & Residency: You must be an Indian citizen and permanent resident residing in states where promotional lucky draws and skill-based campaigns are legally recognized and not expressly barred by local state legislations.
• Valid KYC Credentials: You must possess a valid Indian Government-issued identity document (Aadhaar Card, Permanent Account Number [PAN] Card, or Passport) and an active Indian mobile number with an active Indian Bank Account/UPI ID registered in your legal name.
• Single Identity Policy: Multiple fictitious accounts or impersonation of third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

Our platform operates on a transparent Merchandise Orders Milestone System rather than arbitrary calendar timers:

• ₹2,100 White T-Shirt Plan: The official giveaway declaration is triggered upon reaching exactly 750 Verified Orders.
• ₹3,100 Black T-Shirt Plan: The official giveaway declaration is triggered upon reaching exactly 550 Verified Orders.

Announcement Guarantee: The exact date, time, and live stream URL of the certified giveaway celebration will be publicly broadcast and communicated to all registered customers via SMS and WhatsApp immediately upon achievement of the order target. The live counter on the homepage displays verified real-time statistics directly connected to our transactional database.

In alignment with fair-play transparency, each order delivers verified physical apparel and exactly 1 Complimentary Mega Giveaway Entry Pass:

• ₹2,100 White T-Shirt Edition: Includes 1 Premium Heavyweight White T-Shirt with free doorstep courier delivery across India + 1 Complimentary Giveaway Entry Pass for celebration rewards up to Audi A4 and Mahindra Thar.

No hidden bonus passes, speculative allocations, or unearned chances are distributed. Every customer receives genuine apparel and an equal-weight verified giveaway entry.

Upon order confirmation, our backend generates an official cryptographic Giveaway Entry Certificate featuring:

In strict adherence to the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961:

• For cash disbursements, TDS is deducted prior to bank transfer and deposited directly with the Government of India against the winner's PAN.
• For physical asset handovers (such as vehicles), the required TDS amount must be remitted to the Platform's designated compliance escrow account before asset delivery, as mandated by Section 194B(2).
• Winners are issued an official Form 16A TDS Certificate for filing their annual income tax returns. All payouts are 100% legitimate white money.

Users participating in the official Refer & Earn affiliate program are credited with instant commission upon successful booking by referred participants:

• Direct Referral Commission: ₹200 for each White T-Shirt (₹2,100) order and ₹300 for each Black T-Shirt (₹3,100) order.
• Instant Wallet Credit: Commissions reflect in the promoter's withdrawable wallet immediately upon verified gateway settlement.
• 24/7 Withdrawal Processing: Balances can be withdrawn at any time to verified Indian Bank Accounts (IMPS/NEFT) or UPI addresses with zero platform withdrawal fees.
• Cumulative Ladder: Referral milestone counters never reset to zero; referrals accumulate continuously.

Regarding merchandise orders and cryptographic giveaway allocations:

• Apparel Delivery Guarantee: All orders are dispatched via reputed courier services to the address specified during checkout. If the product arrives damaged or in the wrong size, a free replacement is dispatched within 48 hours of return request.
• Non-Cancellable Giveaway Sealing: Once payment succeeds and the cryptographic Entry Pass ID is generated and sealed into the milestone ledger, the promotional entry component cannot be cancelled or transferred.
• Failed or Duplicate Payment Resolution: If your bank account is debited but no order/pass confirmation is generated due to gateway timeout, our automated engine initiates a 100% refund back to your source account within 3 to 5 business days.
• Platform Guarantee: In the extraordinary event that a milestone campaign cannot conclude due to unforeseen regulatory revisions or force majeure, 100% of order amounts will be refunded to source payment accounts.

To maintain a healthy, honest, and accessible community for every participant:

• Cap of 25 Orders per Person: No individual may place more than 25 total orders per milestone pool. Any attempt to bypass this cap through proxy numbers or duplicate PANs is treated as syndicate manipulation.
• Zero Tolerance for Bots & Scraping: Automated scripts, bots, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized API access are strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
