Section 1

1. Purpose, Consumer Trust & Regulatory Framework

At Bhagya Lakshmi ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), we prioritize absolute transparency, ethical business practices, and unwavering consumer security. This Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out the exact circumstances, conditions, and procedures under which refunds and transaction reversals are evaluated, processed, and disbursed.

This Policy complies strictly with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines on Turnaround Time (TAT) and Customer Compensation for Failed Transactions, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Our Core Promise: You will never be charged for an order or promotional entry pass that you did not receive. In any instance where money leaves your bank account without an official Order & Entry Certificate being issued, your funds are 100% safeguarded and refunded automatically.

2. Merchandise Order Fulfillment & Giveaway Odds Integrity

Our campaign operates on predetermined merchandise order milestones: exactly 750 Verified Orders for the ₹2,100 White T-Shirt Plan and 550 Verified Orders for the ₹3,100 Black T-Shirt Plan.

Once an order is successfully placed, the apparel enters dispatch processing with doorstep delivery, and an official Cryptographic Giveaway Entry Certificate with a unique SHA-256 hash is generated in the customer's name and recorded on our immutable ledger.

Merchandise & Giveaway Policy: If apparel arrives damaged or in the wrong size, a 100% free exchange/replacement is provided. Because giveaway entries are allocated in fixed-cap milestone pools with mathematically locked winning odds, permitting arbitrary cancellations of the promotional entry pass would compromise the fair-play rights of all other participants. Therefore, confirmed promotional entries cannot be cancelled or transferred once issued.

3. Failed & Dropped Transactions (Automatic Reversal)

A "Failed Transaction" occurs when a customer's bank account, UPI handle, credit card, or debit card is debited, but due to network latency, gateway timeout, or bank server interruption, the Platform's server does not receive confirmed webhook settlement before the session expires, resulting in no order or entry pass generation.

Automated Webhook Reconciliation: Our payment gateway infrastructure automatically reconciles unassigned debits every 60 minutes with NPCI and partner acquiring banks.
Immediate Reversal Initiation: When a debited amount is identified without a corresponding order generation, our system automatically triggers a 100% refund request directly back to the original source payment instrument.
No User Intervention Required: Most failed transaction refunds are initiated automatically within 24 hours. Participants do not need to fill out tedious grievance forms.

Section 4

4. Duplicate Debits & Overcharge Rectification

If an unintentional double payment occurs due to double-tapping the payment button, slow internet connectivity, or payment gateway retry loops:

If the secondary debit does not correspond to an intentional additional merchandise order, the redundant charge is flagged as a duplicate.
The surplus amount is reversed in full (100%) to the source bank account or UPI ID.
No cancellation penalties, gateway fees, or handling charges are deducted on duplicate reversals.

Zero Deductions on System Faults: Any excess or duplicate debit caused by platform or gateway glitches is returned 100% in full.

5. Force Majeure & Milestone Draw Cancellation Guarantee

In the highly improbable event that an active draw pool cannot be conducted due to unforeseen statutory directives, alterations in regional state gambling or draw regulations, natural disasters, or total force majeure:

100% Participant Capital Refund: Every participant enrolled in that specific affected plan will receive a complete, unreserved refund of 100% of their entry booking amount.
Direct Electronic Remittance: Refunds will be remitted directly to the original bank account or UPI address utilized during order booking.
Public Broadcast: An official public announcement and individual SMS / WhatsApp notifications will detail the timeline and bank settlement references.

Section 6

6. Minors (Under 18) & Prohibited Accounts Policy

Participation on Bhagya Lakshmi is strictly restricted to Indian citizens aged 18 years or older:

Any booking attempted by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 18 is void ab initio.
If an account is found to have utilized false Aadhaar, PAN, or age credentials, the account will be immediately suspended.
In accordance with anti-fraud regulations, fees paid through deceptive identity fraud or automated scripts/bots may be withheld or forfeited pending regulatory inquiry.

Section 7

7. Wallet Balances & Referral Commission Safety

Balances held in a participant's internal wallet (derived from legitimate Refer & Earn commissions) are subject to the following principles:

Zero Fee Withdrawals: Wallet withdrawals to verified Indian bank accounts (IMPS/NEFT) and UPI handles incur ₹0 platform fees.
No Arbitrary Clawbacks: Legitimate referral earnings are never clawed back or reversed once the referred user's order is successfully allocated.
Failed Withdrawal Auto-Re-credit: If a withdrawal transfer fails due to invalid IFSC, incorrect UPI ID, or destination bank downtime, the funds are instantly restored to the user's withdrawable wallet balance.

8. Step-by-Step Refund Support Request Procedure

If your bank account has been debited and you have not received an Entry Confirmation within 2 hours, please follow these simple steps:

STEP 1 Collect Transaction Info Note down your Bank UTR Number, Gateway Payment ID, and registered mobile number.

STEP 3 Reconciliation & Credit Our team reviews within 2 hours. Refund reference is shared upon credit initiation.

Once a refund is approved and initiated by our gateway partner, the time required for funds to reflect in your source account depends on your banking network:
